Perla Guerrero AMST498N Expecting an A Anonymous 12/24/2021	Took this class with Dr. Guerrero in Spring '21. She is super passionate and a super-smart professor. Be prepared to do A LOT of DENSE reading. Chances are your class size for this course will be pretty small as well, be prepared to participate in discussion. As a humanities course, assessments/assignments are obviously writing-based; getting an A- and above in this course is non-trivial. If you put in the work, read the required readings, and contribute discussion you will be fine. My only complaint was that sometimes her prompts for essays/discussions posts were vague and hard to understand.
