Special Topics in Bioengineering (M.Eng.); Applied Mathematics in Bioengineering

For Master of Engineering students only or permission of department. Students will use and learn mathematical concepts that are directly relevant to their career as a bioengineer. They will apply these concepts to various bioengineering applications while also learning industry-relevant analytical software. After successfully completing this course, students will be able to (1) Perform linear algebra, regression analysis, and differential equations calculations, (2) Recognize and employ appropriate mathematical operations in various bioengineering situations, and (3) Assess and evaluate bioengineering processes, systems, and models using mathematical principles.
