Samuel Handwerger BMGT220H Expecting an A+ Anonymous 06/02/2021	Handwerger is such a sweet man. Accounting 1 is confusing and somewhat difficult, but he makes it tolerable. He may not be the best at explaining accounting topics, but he tells really funny stories and has lots of valuable experience as an accountant. There are lots of homeworks and assignments that are worth lots of points, so make sure to do them because they are essentially free points. Because of this, getting an A is pretty easy, and he wants his students to get an A.
Hanna Lee BMGT220H Expecting a B+ Anonymous 06/01/2019	Lectures are boring, but Prof. Lee wants her students to succeed. The workload isn't too bad.
Martin Loeb BMGT220H Expecting an A+ Anonymous 04/12/2013	Nice guy, very generous grader, but just not cut out for teaching. Very, very quiet and mumbles often. No doubt he's a smart guy, but the class was unbearably boring.
Gary Bulmash BMGT220H Expecting a B+ jessie93 11/26/2012	PLEASE take 220H with Professor Bulmash! He's nice, he's funny, he speaks loudly enough that you won't fall asleep during lecture, and he really does want you to learn. The course is paced perfectly (1 chapter each week, lecture on Tuesday and example problems on Thursday), and there's hardly any work (practice problems aren't collected. 2 exams, a project, and a final). He's great at explaining confusing concepts (pretty much all of them are confusing), he'll answer any and all questions thoroughly, and he's full of stories from his day as an accountant, which help explain concepts and also provide a nice break from talking about journal entries. Dr. Loeb gave a guest lecture in my class once, and it was miserable. Bulmash is a far better choice.
