Erica was a great instructor for this class. I loved the activities and engagement, and she prepared us for the upcoming Idea classes. I was not experiencing hardships in my IDEA class so I felt like the class was a bit redundant at times and since it was on Fridays I dreaded going because it was later in the day and my only class. I would be a peer mentor in class again and would definitely take this again if offered a position. |

Very sweet and understanding. This course is mostly communication and mentoring techniques. May be a little awkward sometimes, but she tries her best to make everything fun :) |
