Information Ethics and Policy

Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C- in MATH115, PSYC100, INST201, INST126, and STAT100. Restriction: Must be in the Information Sciences program. Explores via case studies the legal, ethical, and technological challenges in developing and implementing policies for managing digital assets and information. Emphasizes access questions pertinent to managing sensitive information and the roles and responsibilities of information professionals.
