This lab complements the material presented in PLSC689K and registration in that course is required to enroll in this lab. Students will analyze landscape genetic data using statistical techniques in R and specialized programs. Lab time is available for working on these assignments but their completion will require additional time outside of the formal lab period. Familiarity with use of R will be helpful but is not required. Basic use of R will be covered at the beginning of the term.
