EASY AAAAAAAAAA. So for the fall 2025 semester, she was definitely the best teacher I had. She was the nicest professor I have ever had and I would give her 5 stars 100%. Her discussion-like assignments are so damn easy, and all you do is look at some slides, answer 3 questions, and submit. I have only gotten 5/5 on those. Also, she has you do 3 essays throughout the semester, but these essays are so easy. I usually finish it in a day and I am not a strong writer. All you need to do for the essays is follow the rubric, and she doesn't have a page minimum because she just wants you to answer what the rubric is telling you. I wrote 2-3 pages per essay but I think you will understand why when you take the class. It's not 2-3 pages of mind-numbing essay writing, but you almost just vibe write. As I said, it becomes clearer when you take the class. Then her exams are just vocab memorization, so if you memorize the vocab, I don't know how you wouldn't get a 100%. Also, the vocab is very easy and isn't something like what they teach in chem or premed classes. That's basically all her class is, and it's very easy. Also, her class says it's on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but we only meet on Thursdays, and she has cancelled at least half of the Thursday classes. She is very lenient, and if you just ask for an extension, she will give it. I highly recommend you take it. I would say that you can skip some of the Thursday classes because participation is worth only 5 points and her assignments total to 440 points. So to get above an A- you need atleast a 90% or 396. So you could skip the class if you get very high grades on all the essays, exams, and discussion-like assignments. |

Professor Davis is an amazing instructor. She is kind, caring, encouraging, and wants you to succeed. She is laid back and does not enforce strict rules. Her class includes a lot of discussion and dialogue where she shares her experiences as an educator. I learned a lot from this class and received a great grade because I applied myself and put in the work. You won’t regret taking her class. |
