Jeffrey Lawrence BMGT350 Expecting a B+ Anonymous 05/13/2025	Pros: - Seems like a nice person - Allows resubmissions for higher grades Cons: - Tricky assignment descriptions (CHECK THE RUBRIC) - Slides are too info packed - Likes to introduce in class assignments in the last 7 minutes of a 75 minute class - Calls on people at random - Tough exams (Study vocab!)
Jeffrey Lawrence Expecting an A Anonymous 05/07/2025	A boring and annoying professor. He is a completely unengaging professor who just reads off slides that are straight out of the textbook. Barely sounds like he knew the material well in comparison to other professors. Fighting past his boring teaching style, he is so full of himself just because he knows a couple cultural foods as a white man. Insufferable to listen to when he veers off and shares off topic information. For weekly deliverables with your group, he says he grades off the rubric but the rubric has absolutely no information on it and he'll grade stuff based on his mood for the day. Cold calls in class and for sure has class favorites. At the end of the day he isn't absolutely terrible but if you have a choice, don't take him!
Jeffrey Lawrence Expecting a B Anonymous 05/01/2025	One of my least favorite professors I've ever had. I had him for BMGT350. He became a harsh grader out of nowhere halfway through the semester and my grade dropped so much. He cold called every single class and if you yawn or anything he calls you out and embarrasses you.
Jeffrey Lawrence BMGT350 Expecting an A Anonymous 04/23/2025	He's alright, His slides are based off the textbook so it makes studying for the exam easy. For your group projects, you will have weekly deliverables that he grades off a useless rubric, you can follow the rubric to a T and he'll still knock off points for not including something. Also one of those insufferable professors who thinks he's the funniest person in the room but working past that, he's a decent professor, so if he's your last choice not the end of the world.
Jeffrey Lawrence BMGT350 Expecting a B+ Anonymous 04/23/2025	Super nice guy and good professor. He really cares about his students and is super understanding. He also grades super easily. The only reason why I will probably get a B+ in this class is that the exams are kind of hard if you don't put the work into the class and study. Just keep up with all of the content and you will get a good grade.
Jeffrey Lawrence BMGT484 Expecting an A Anonymous 12/06/2024	He was okay. Very nice and cared about learning but I did not really respond to his lectures. His slides have good information for the most part, but he moves through them quickly. He is chill but I did not feel like I learned much from his class. He gives good feedback and his projects are good. Overall, he was fine but I would have liked a professor who taught me more.
Jeffrey Lawrence BMGT357 Expecting an A+ Anonymous 08/08/2024	Virtual class relating to summer internship. Easy assignments related to the internship. Professor Lawrence was very active with grading and feedback. While some of the assignment instructions were slightly unclear at times he would give feedback and allow people to clean up and resubmit some assignments if they had misunderstood what the assignment and rubric was asking for. Have a pretty fleshed out resume and linkedin profile prior to doing this course.
