Diandra Soemardi Anonymous 05/18/2022	I'm so sad she's leaving, she's literally the best TA ever and I'm so glad I had her for orgo lab. I always got stuck on the PLQs, but if you made an effort to go to her office hours she would be patient enough to explain it to you and I would actually understand it. Literally the best ta so much love for her
Diandra Soemardi CHEM232 Expecting an A Anonymous 05/14/2022	Diandra was the best TA I have had. I was so so lucky because I got Diandra as my orgo lab TA, and Shannon as my lecture TA. I honestly cannot say how great it was to have Diandra. She always knew so much about the material and was able to explain it in ways that made sense. I know that she significantly helped my grade because the one week I couldn't make it to lab, I was completely lost. She is extremely helpful, does so much to make sure we get the quality of assistance she thinks we deserve. Honestly just 12/10 TA. I don't know how else to put it in this review. She had 6 lab sections and still managed it all. I'm sad she is leaving.
Diandra Soemardi CHEM231 Expecting an A Anonymous 12/17/2021	There are no words to describe how grateful I am for Diandra in my life. Just that she’s an outstanding TA who is deserving of the PhD title. Her teaching skills are amazing, I always left her discussion sections more confident in the material discussed in lecture because she always had a great strategy in approaching practice problems. You can tell she really cares about her students because she spends an extra hour answering my friend and I questions prior to the exam. Orgo was really hard, however, with Diandra’s help it was easier, and with her encouragement and motivation I am switching my major to Chemistry with confidence!
Diandra Soemardi CHEM231 Expecting an A- Anonymous 12/07/2020	Fantastic TA. She wasn't even my assigned TA; however, I found her discussions to be more effective compared to the other TAs. I found her mock exam reviews very helpful the most as compared to the other TAs, she actually goes over almost all the questions efficiently and at a timely manner. Overall helped make Orgo a breeze!

Diandra Soemardi CHEM131 Anonymous 11/28/2019	Diandra is the best TA I've had and I wish she was the TA for all my classes. She is a total genius who makes everything easier to understand. I don't think I would have passed chem131 without Diandra. Im not a morning person so discussion at 8am was hell but she makes it very engaging and fun.
