Quantitative Models for Management Decisions

Prerequisite: BMGT231 or BMGT230; or students who have taken courses with comparable content may contact the department. The aim of this course is to introduce management science techniques for informed decision-making that can be applied in spreadsheet models to assist in the decision-analysis process. Models include Linear Programming, Transportation and Assignment problems, network flow models, Integer and non-linear programming, Simulation and Decision Trees. Restricted to BMGT majors and Business Analytics minors with 53 credit hours completed.
