Business Finance

Prerequisite: BMGT220; and (BMGT231 or BMGT230). Topics include: the principles and practices involved in the organization, financing and rehabilitation of business enterprises; the various types of securities and their use in raising funds, apportioning income, risk and control; intercorporate relations; and new developments. Emphasis on solution of problems of financial policy faced by management. Restricted to BMGT majors with 53 credit hours completed. Interested students who don't meet restrictions should review their eligiblity for BMGT340N. Meets in a blended format. Approximately half of the scheduled face-to-face course meetings will be replaced by asynchronous online activities, including video lectures, quizzes, and graded assignments.
