Cross-cultural Challenges in Business
Restriction: Must be in a major in BMGT-Robert H. Smith School of Business. Examines in depth the nature of international cultural value-differences and their behavioral-related effects in the workplace. Topics include decision-making and leadership styles and reactions to various work assignments and reward structures. Restricted to International Business, Management, & Entrepreneurship majors with 72 credit hours completed.
