Great spanish teacher! She is very nice and understanding when it comes to teaching a new language. Some of the deadlines were messed up for the assignments but she gave plenty of extensions when something went wrong on her end.

He makes the class very engaging and fun, and you can tell he really does want the best for his students! The course is structured such that you have to complete online assignments on material that you learn after it's due, but honestly that sets class discussions up well and further reinforces individual learning. He's very understandable and takes feedback seriously. I would 10/10 recommend him and I'm literally trying to rearrange my schedule next semester so I can take him for the next SPAN course :))

Profe Pico is the absolute best! She cares about the class and she cares about you learning. She’ll go to any length to make sure that the content is engaging enough. I would take any class of hers without even worrying about the grade. It’s about getting trained in Spanish 5 days a week and grasping the language, which Profe Pico is wonderful at.

Fair grader especially if you show up to class regularly and on time. Was a good enough lecturer too.

I would give the course a 3.5, it's not terrible at all and she is really lively. However, the course went super fast especially for someone who never took SPAN before. It gets progressively faster and more difficult. Honestly, it's pretty okay though because it's manageable. One kinda tricky thing is that the homework for chapters are due before you actually learn it in class, so you're expected to self-learn from the textbook in order to do it, which can be annoying at times. I think it was harder because in the online setting we did like 3-4 activites per class with multiple breakoutrooms so it's really requires your attention and energy.
