Seminar; Populism & Social Media: A Comparative Approach

Populist leaders are using social media to achieve power and to manipulate public opinion once they hold it. The course will look at the world-wide phenomenon of populism and populist leaders, with an emphasis on the Israeli case of Prime Minister Netanyahu's move from Tele-populism to Digital populism.
