Calculus II

Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C- in MATH140. Or 1 course with a minimum grade of B- from (MATH130, MATH136); and permission of CMNS-Mathematics department. Credit only granted for: MATH121, MATH131, MATH141, or MATH221. Continuation of MATH140, including techniques of integration, improper integrals, applications of integration (such as volumes, work, arc length, moments), inverse functions, exponential and logarithmic functions, sequences and series. For Honors College students only. Graphing calculators, or computers, etc., with software appropriate for graphing non-trivial functions and doing non-trivial calculations, will be needed.
